Recent experience saw a SP lowered through shorting and other means which allowed top holders and directors obtain nearly %25 of company under the pretext that major customers required to see bigger cash balance before any further business dealings. Hence a CR at very low value resulting in huge new share issue.
I suspect this could be the plan for our company.
