Gee these votes make my blood boil sometimes.
I'm being asked to vote for giving advisers MILLIONS of shares for what? Very little if you ask me. Have they stumped up money to invest in the company? Nope. Why would I want to give Cloe Hayes (whoever she is) 5Mil shares!!! It's BS!
The directors want 75000000 shares.... for what?? They get paid don't they!
Stock market just stinks and is full of greed with people looking for handouts. I'll be voting "no" (not that it will make any difference)
