let's look at the raw numbers proposed and the future valuations speculated on here if everything goes to plan. we have far more learned and respected posters than I suggesting a $1T MC for IMU if everything goes through from a trial point of view and CF33 doing what YF says it will do.

Every share holder needs to seriously look at what the directors are seeking here. We must remember they are far more informed about the products than us mere mortals as to likely success and they tell us all it will be amazing.

These shares they seek are based on a 4c valuation and not a future valuation of the SP. there is no cap in value to protect share holder interests. there is only one group who can win here by voting anything other than No to remuneration and Yes to a spill and that is the directors and their bank balances.
