The numbers in my post are numbers speculated by other posters and I decided to highlight how absurd it would be to give a guaranteed 4 year share performance plan when the SP has been destroyed in part from managements own actions.
My point was without a price cap, ie $500k per annum for LC, it can only be seen as an extraordinary cash grab given they will know and believe that 4c is not reflective of the companies value now and into the future
the proposed shares across the group of directors also exceed 1% of SOI. If they want crazy amounts of shares for future wealth then buy them on market
