Hi guys - I just voted and decided that I would vote in favour of all resolutions except for spilling the board which is a NO from me.
I have not been able to overcome my distinct annoyance with PH for the less than acceptable corporate plays in recent times, however annoyance does not translate in my mind to vengeance or corporate suicide.
The spill motion is quite ludicrous and would destabilise the company at a very fragile time. For all of his vices, PH has assembled a brilliant team and is a company nation builder. He knows how to create relationships and no doubt has also done so at the FDA and TGA over the years.
So to those who believe that they can achieve sending a message, please consider what you are voting for very very carefully. What message are you sending and to who.
We need this company ploughing ahead and not ploughing up a field. Good sense must dominate now.
