IMO we are where we are because of our brilliant staff and the combined strategies of BOD and in particular LC and PH. Many have said PH is no scientist but (just) a businessman! Where? Where would we be without his money and "street cred" when IMU kicked-off? and...getting LC in as CEO from the start!!! The BIG thing to remember is we're not in production, we're just R n D in cancer-fighting. If we don't pay the best people the right remuneration, we're not going anywhere but backwards. Hell, we will all benefit in the end! FDA approval for our firt cab off the rank, and we'll all be patting everyone involved on the back and this $hit about the 2023 AGM voting will be forgotten.
If people aren't happy with the way this AGM vote's go, then sell and get out! Why be unhappy? Life is too short to put-up with unpleasantness.
