Ok. Maybe being a bit pedantic here. Remuneration should be purely based on where the company is at - not where it potentially could be at.
LC is worth paying decent money for - no argument from me about that.
However, $3mil is 2% of the funds available. I would prefer for LC to get a decent bonus WHEN IMU is in the commercial stage and the MC is 10 times what it is now. She would have earnt the extra then.
