Well, we can’t review the 2023 annual financial reports unless they are published. To be published , the auditors will need to sign off on the business as a going concern, which will mean Craig & Niall will need to sign they have the $’s covered. So given the AGM has been called for the 30th Nov, and I think we are supposed to get 4 weeks to review the documents … I can only conclude that the financial path forward will be revealed this week, if not tomorrow.
