    Read - 6.2 proposed changes to the constitution.....

    1) increase any ESS allocations from 5 to 10%
    2) excludes the number of Shares underlying awards made to Eligible Participants outside Australia.

    Does that mean that any shares issued to anyone outside AU won't count in the 10% and therefore same or mre shares can be issued to them ???
