There is hardly any talk or announcements of what they actually should be doing ie running a medicinal research and sales business. Any announcements that do come out in relation to the business dont appear to eventuate into anything meaningful for the business.

All they appear to do is find convoluted ways to restructure, refinance, re-submit further funding requests, re-configure share capital, increase share numbers, capital raise, re-bring in further "sophisticated" investors, re-hash more crap and spend pages and pages going on about this.
This is by far the worst managed company I have come across in 20 years of following various companies.

Very surprised to see a 96% for, 4% against, 1000:1 restructure result.
