Leave Carmine alone it is "Friend who is not our Friend" - he has ignored Aussie shareholders since the day he was appointed to the Board - he has delisted the business without properly consulting with Aussie shareholders - he has avoided a Board Spil by moving the AGM until after the de-listing - he has devalued the Company by ~70% - he has updated us on underwhelming clinical data - he has never invested a penny of his own money whilst being paid an extraordinary US based package - what next from this corporate genius? - a massive option grant for himself under a new US option scheme? God help us all.
