Shares from the CR or from existing holdings?
If I understand the point made by one of the beneficiaries above, the CR shares are not yet tradable. I have no reason to doubt that.
However, I see no way a broker could police someone selling down their existing holdings.
The point about selling CR share or existing shares is moot.
If you give me a dollar and I have a dollar - does it really matter which dollar I spend?
Its all fungible.
No TH is questionable practice IMV.
