I think if ross didn't want shares, we would have just raised more from others at that discounted price. I would much rather have ross as the shareholder than say a drake. He hasn't been paid for a year, thats how strong his support is!
As for the price, the market kind of sets it. If you own any other micro caps, they are all scrambling for limited available capital.
