In this years version, gone are any actual performance hurdles. Why? They've NEVER been achieved since NOR first listed. So what do we see now?

15m Performance Options to "will further align the interests of the Directors with those of the Shareholders". lol Does NOR mean the team isn't incentivised enough already?

At current SP these Options are worth $510k... just for doing their job and on top of salaries and directors fees. Unreal.

Just another reason not to buy NOR
