Agreed it will be hard for shareholders to have any meaningful impact on most of the resolutions except the Remuneration Report which Josh and the board can't participate in the vote meaning around 15% of the shares on issue from my calculations
I will be voting against this personally and I would recommend all shareholders do to the same to send a STRONG MESSAGE to the board and the CEO that the salaries being paid at this company are way over the top and should be reflective of the poor performance and cut by at least 50%
Vote as you see fit but I will be voting against ALL the resolutions as I am not a fan of the way in which this board has operated or performed no matter how much spin they will give you about "saving" the company
