It's a no from me on resolution 1 and 11 (rem report and N Liveris performance rights).
I'm happy for Nick to have plenty of performance rights, but 1.4 mil is too much at the moment with his cash salary.
I want the whole executive and board to make crazy money from their involvement with Novonix, and I think they will.... but not until they start to deliver. We are more than 1 year behind forecast progress.
If they announce the loan and major greenfield-supporting offtake before the meeting I'll change my vote. Very unlikely.
