Looking at the annual report and the Remuneration Report within it, voting it in gives the power of the full Board to award short term incentives to the executive directors, only long term incentives will require a shareholder vote. There is no independent Remuneration committee.

The one stain on this company is the recurrent bulk selling of the director shareholdings regularly to make room for the next batch of free or no risk options/shares. It’s just not the way a truly committed and ethical board should behave. One time I can forgive. To do it each year is insulting.

I remain a significant shareholder. I’m probably in the top 20 but not substantial and a lot of it is held via nominee so untraceable . I voted no last time to no avail. I’m reviewing the situation.
