Greedy, unimaginative and tone deaf! I would have thought the board might be more focused on share price performance than lining their own pockets at this stage. Most investors are looking at a 30% loss over the last 12 months - hardly a glowing performance that deserves any increased reward for the board or CEO. I am voting NO. Similarly it seems a missed opportunity to be appointing two recycled crony old white male directors to the board, rather than bringing in some fresh, diverse talent with knowledge of diamonds, or Canadian mining, or First Nation relations, who could actually make a real contribution in taking our company forward. Again, I am voting NO.
