With the share price performance not sure why they want director to be re-elected and have remuneration report?
I know there was capital return in 2023, but how dumb it was that they couldn't pay off all the debt at a time when interest rates are so high but instead paid all cash to shareholder and themselves. In this company insider has roughly 10% of the company but again what benefit it created to remaining 90% by not paying down debt and keep paying high interest rates to banks/debtor whoever is lending them !
Hope their US business actually produce something in next reporting season.
