Yes, they gave out massive capital return by selling one of their business which in past was generating massive revenue for them.
I even questioned it before in the email to company why the hell they not paying all the debt and then return the capital (even though it means few cents less cash) as that would save massive interest cost to them on going basis.
I sold stock few months back.
