Most here feel there is a transition of ownership going on. Nobody understands this company . Is it a gold producer as it doesn't seem to produce gold?Rather it acts as if it is a finance company. Where are the updates on gold production ? - if any. All it seems to do is shift around debt & issue shares & swap convertible notes for debt. Why is it writing convertible notes at 10 percent interest? What are the raised funds to be used for? Surely the only way anyone could be convinced to put up funds is if God would intervene to save this pitiful mess of a company. Is anyone going to go to the AGM, if so could they report here on proceedings?
