Kat Gap isn't worth anything , as there is no viable processing plant there .

If they are quoting 1.2 gpt thats way under the necessary grade . Kat Gap is useless if an operator doesn't have the money to run the site.
CLZ has only undertaken very limited sampling at Kat Gap.

CLZ has totally been dependant on shareholder money, broker money , & finance company money.
To continue on they need to receive this one million dollar deposit from Au Resources , which will only tie them over for the immediate future. They need the other 9 million to continue on medium term .

They are yet to announce the receipt of either . Until they receive both of these , the company is not viable .

I believe they want the shareprice at one tenth of a cent, in order to issue stock via the Convertable notes at .008 cents in order to obtain control of the company.

If AuResources does pay one million deposit and 9 million balance , then AuResources gets control of company assets if CLZ does not pay the money back.

At this time the situation is dire for CLZ , as their only source of funds is share sales on market , which are totally inadequate.
Unless something happens soon CLZ is cactus .
