It takes time to find something worthwhile - the old needle in a haystack. Plenty of "opportunities" out there, less so those worth pursuing. I'd rather they took their time with scrupulous due diligence and nailed down a quality vend. They're also dealing with the ASX and a significant change in the business of the shell from biotech to presumably minerals/mining/tech of some sort - although I seem to remember that has been dealt with in the past? Still a fair amount of regulatory hurdles to negotiate which aren't necessarily in the control of management.
