AKO has previously advised the market that it has received two non-binding offers from potential strategic investors to invest in AKO , the details of which have not been released (but would be well known to board members).
So why are shareholders being asked to approve up to $190k of shares to be issued to 2 directors at $0.15 per share when these 2 directors are in possession of information (that we other shareholders don't have) that could value AKO at considerably above $0.15 per share if this information was available to all shareholders?
(By voting for resolutions 8 and 9, shareholders would be in all probability voting for further dilution of their interests.)
These 2 directors should only invest based on the market price of AKO following the end of June - ie after the analysis of the bids has occurred and presumably the strategic partner has been announced (including details of the t&cs).
