I'm happy that the board is taking up more shares. Its a small dilution, if they bring success they deserve it.
In comparison to other small-cap companies, the performance shares are fair considering the annual wages.
I would have liked to have seen the performance shares based on milestones and not just a time period.
I think milestones of PFS completed, binding finance secured to mine, and shipment of first ore would have been better from a shareholders perspective.

Overall its good to have a higher board holding in the company.
I have just watched ASX TIE lose their company to the Chinese for half the value it should be.
It also shows management has done very well only offering new shares to eligible existing shareholders.
