got to wonder why they couldnt have put the option to vote for board spill on link market services like AGM vote - clearly they were not expecting such spirited response from the SH's but their disdain for minority shareholders is still evident from this AGM notice.

I also decided to vote against Roseanne healy as IMHO she is clearly not an independent and fully aligned with the "MD" and chairman. As such i do not see her taking a dissenting view in favour of minority shareholders. The entire board needs to be cleaned out and start afresh.
