My bad about cranny being currently on the board of venus. Look maybe kumah is wanting to get something out of CRB.
Maybe luchyno might be able to find out.
I will check to see if these 'performance shares and options' put him and missus over 51% and gain full control.
Maybe this is the final takeover that Cranny wouldn't allow originally.
all very touch and go and probably CRB's last chance.
