well its one day before the AGM , perhaps the board might like to pick up some additional ground ausco have already had just to try and sure up their voting capability .
the problem is the tenements currently held are the only tenements the company has ever had ..... go figure that out , out of all of WA the ground they consider worth exploring is ground they have already had and passed up.
things get murky if you look at the association between the vendors of DSS and last years sacked board , they are in numerous other companies together (silica sand competitors in fact) . all you can do is suppose is keep bringing it to the attention of the regulators and hope that their busy work load has a window open to look into it before it disappears into the void of customer complaints with no outcome or follow up response satisfaction criteria , how is that meant to ensure any legislative oversight or checks and balances. for all the investors know their concerns could be subject to auto reply response and directed straight in to file 13 , this system needs a long overdue overhaul .
