He is a non HCT worker on paper and he can do with what he pleases regarding his shares, rest assured, the puppet that has replaced him is being ruled by the Dr and the Dr's shares will mean anything the Dr wants the Dr gets...

As for the ""appears to be good days for holder"" you are again assuming that the Dr will turn this loss making companyn around and appreciate the SP, what part of this absolute RORT do you not understand?

The Dr is a major share holder, he rules what he wants through, he runs the puppets who now run HCT and the cherry is that over a milly every quarter goes out the back door...


There is NO way he is going to appreciate this SP whilst taking a milly out of the back door, having to pay a fine and court costs and also being sued for another $3m which they have been found guilty of....


IMHO the fine to the court will not become first before he has taken every cent he can and when the cake is dry everyone including the court will be left holding fackall
