They should of done a Packer deal on the Dr and force him to sell down his shares so he cannot have a controlling interest in what happens....
With his share holdings and a puppet CEO WORKING ON HIS BEHALF HE WILL GET EVERYTHING VOTED THROUGH AND THE MONEY WILL KEEP GOING OUT OF THE BACK DOOR..
