They should put a 5-year moratorium ton his control and influence through his shares. Govt will receive the $2.4m, but the SHs were just audience to see the money going from SHs to HCT and Rajen, and then the SHs will see the money going from HCT and Rajen to the Govt. Govt should have given a proportionate share of the money to the SHs. Not sure why and how. But there must a way
