If this is the case, why has he not been prevented from any scope to own and use the shares to control anyone and anyhting in the company?
Why has he been allowed to hold the shares that he can use irrespective of him being a ceo?
There must be a check and balance behind the scene by the regulator to observe Rajen's activities. Any deviation should/will result in him (Rajen) forfeiting his shares. There may another option for the regulator to observe him and if he found makign any tricks, he should/will be fined regorously.

Moving forward, there appears to be good days for holders. GLTAH!
