Four investors at the AGM today with Charles chairing. MMc and Adrian Bock on Zoom. All resolutions passed though the Aussie sub custodian doesn't appear to have lodged any overseas votes, so quite a reduced showing on the votes.

MMc sensibly answered all the questions put to him and couldn't say too much about the deal/acquisition as it's in final stages of going through the ASX regulators. Fingers crossed it is accepted now but as usual the company is an unusual entity in its structure as an investment holding company, so there may be a few raised eyebrows and head scratching by the rule makers. It appears the worst that could happen is that the company would go for 'readmission' however that works. The main positive is that both sides of the deal have agreed terms.

Otherwise it was palpable that MMc & Charles are happy with Cobre's progress and BHP+ MMG's presence next door to SFR should inspire Sandfire to go for intensive exploration on PL190 which is SRT's 2 percenter. The Botswana copper assets are really the Golden Goose for SRT and they won't be selling the royalties anytime soon.

MMc + Charles are off to the Rule Symposium soon and it looks like they'll be doing some useful networking.
