    They are trying to grow too quickly without a proven track record of success, costing alot in wages without a clear direction vat to a.r. making shareholders anxious probably a lack of experience in publicly traded company's.
    on the other hand proving up and shoring up the buisness takes a long time and going to cashflow positive could be a mission hence deversifying. Amos track record looks good, management wanting shares and ownership looks great.
    Jumping into the ar feild early can pay off massively.
