I’ll meet you half way guys. I like the fact that they are indirectly buying shares as a substitute to their salary but I don’t like the fact that the profit and loss looks better as expenses are directly less. But remember that we are only talking a maximum of 5 diretors at $50,000 each equals $250,000 pa which is pretty immaterial as a percentage of total expenses pa. Anyway the 4c will show us if they are deserving of the salary/shares or not. Cheers
