    Update: If SLM carries out the 25% share issue, the voting rights of existing shareholders will decrease by 20% due to dilution (1 - 1/1,25). However, the sp does not necessarily have to fall. It can even have a positive effect, because the company's liquidity is guaranteed until early 2026. A CR will hopefully then no longer be necessary.
