As it relates to ARU, offtake agreements with whichever customer is for NdPr oxide or metal, whatever the customer requires.
At a price negotiated between the seller and buyer, as per the terms of offtake contract.
You'd bet your bottom dollar that if said product was being delivered by ARU today, it would almost certainly go to ........ a Chinese magnet manufacturer with whom the buyer has an existing commercial relationship to produce bespoke magnets.
In 4 years from FID when ARU's ready to deliver in-spec product, who knows where the customer will direct its purchase. Not that it matters.
