Finally received a response to my enquiry re Stefanie Winwood’s qualifications (and also, finally, courtesy only I guess due to the upcoming AGM, a response to two other emails). The 20 September email related to my disappointment in the company failing to balance their advice re not getting the project funding in the greater positive context of what the company actually IS achieving.

The response does not inspire me. Note that I only asked for Stefanie’s post school qualifications, nothing else about her.

I refer to your emails received on 2 July 2024, 20 September 2024, and 15 October 2024 regarding BluGlass’s PR and Media communications and ultimately your further request for BluGlass to provide the qualifications of one of our personnel.

In relation to your comments regarding our communications with the market, we note that as a listed company, BluGlass operates in a very regulated market regulated by the Corporations Act, Australian Accounting Standards and Conceptual Framework, Australian Securities Exchange Listing Rules, and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and, therefore, is required to carefully craft their communications to not be perceived as trying to gain an unfair advantage by making “too” promotional or misleading claims about their products or services or achievements.

All our claims are true, accurate, and based on reasonable grounds, that BluGlass can prove and therefore, advertise.

In addition, any announcements disclosing contracts and status updates with our partners, including the US Department of Defense and NCSU also require strict third-party approvals, as the company is bound by prohibitive confidentiality agreements, reason why BluGlass is restricted and strict from making broad and forward-looking statements.

Further to your request to obtain information regarding our personnel, BluGlass is not allowed to disclose or comment on our employee's personal information due to the Australian Privacy Principles that do apply to personal information. This can include applicants’ or employees’ resumes, contact details, references, and academic transcripts.

BluGlass takes its obligations under the Privacy Act very seriously and uses Workplace privacy best market practices to protect its employees' personal information.

For your information, BluGlass has a rigid selective process and takes the hiring of any collaborator very seriously and augments its skill set and teams with professional third-party providers, including our PR provider Automic Markets to provide the level of comfort required for our market communications and statements.
