Can anyone speculate on the use case and benefit for shareholders to approve the additional 10% placement capacity?
The AGM voting document is light on details on use for funds beyond the development of Groschen - further to this, I would appreciate guidance on whether other forms of financing would be in the interest of shareholders?
It feels premature to raise without ministerial approval buoying the share price - which they might have in mind already, but I would be comforted with explicit intentions. I would certainly support conditional release of equity.
