Correct, Pinetree are very aligned and at 21% gives them significant power to influence performance of the business. If there not happy they only need 25%+ of all holders to vote against and get 1st strike they then management have 12mths to fix it before 2nd positive vote and pack your bags. Double edge sword too, getting control for no takeover premium. ACCOUNTABILITY is great given rudderless management and capital management in 2023. See nothing but positives moving forward given the setup...
