great point - premium for control...thinking about that BVS is stablising now and financial performance is positive, if they can grab the extra board seat, they really haven't paid enough of a premium in my view
based on some historicals...BVS is returning to circa FY18/FY19 territory...if it can hold the margins generated towards the back end of 2H FY24...I think I see FY25 NPAT coming in at the $25-30m mark...this would suggest dividends are definitely possible potentially ~0.06-0.09 for the FY.
interesting to see at AGM if any re-affirm or update to guidance given!
