Hopefully I don’t sound too much like a bitter long term holder but I still fail to understand how the previous executives of BVS destroyed shareholder value with a $80 million raise at $0.40, with executives and funds buying in cheap, then it turns out there is nothing inherently wrong with the business and no use for this capital, now it’s going back to shareholders after 200 million shares have been added to the register for no good reason.
At the very least this should be returned to the holders of the 248 million shares on issue before the $80 million raise.
And as always, no-one is held financially liable for this destruction of value… always amazed daily by what happens on the ASX.
