pure speculation but I just keep coming back to the fact its all too much of a coincidence...Pinetree gets to 21%, Shezad resigns and joins Bravura and now then leaves Bravura but remains as a director.
Now Pinetree, Shezad and this new proposed director Dexter are pooling together...obviously Pinetree, Shezad and Dexter see value / value creation play at Bravura.
I am impressed with Dexters background and experience...started at the beginning of constellation and is now worth close to $1b (based on stock ownership in Constellation software)
