In the article is says they are still having issues with longevity of their batteries. LIS is no longer having those issues due to their Nanomesh. Seems they have a better battery, they just cant scale to a Gigafactory as quickly. That is a funding issue. LIS should be reaching out to them to sell the Nanomesh while they finish their design of their own full scale production facility.
