Great post thanks Actionnaire! I agree with your “only 2 scenarios” for a consolidation. And we know it isn’t “that one”…so it must be “the other one”. I can recall Rohan being asked in one webinar “ is a NASDAQ listing on the horizon?” and Rohan said “no; not for at least 12 months.” Now I can’t recall when that webinar was but I doubt it would be 12 months ago. I do remember being mildly surprised that it seemed so not on their horizon, as it were. If I was to hazard a guess I think their US connections (remember PYC has 2 US Board members) might have seen the early results of the RP11 trial and said “you need to move on this.” I doubt any company would try to list at such a piddling SP so they opted for the consolidation. All just speculation by me and could be well out of order here. Difficult to predict what’s going to happen. Some instos might decide to get in now, before consolidation. Or good news might arrive. Both would drive up the SP. Or instos might try to play funny buggers and drive the SP down to buy in more cheaply. Either way, I think it’s ultimately bullish.
