To be a little bit fair, the remuneration resolutions have been worked out by probably the hardest working director, Dr Eckstein. His annual contribution is to come up with the numbers to be voted on. Of course, all in line with industry standards.
LC might not have demanded 20m oppies but, as board member, could have changed the number. What is actually the strike price? Before we verbally stone her, she has to pay for them to be converted. So, how much would she have to pay before she actually can monetize those unlisted oppies?
