Well you and quite a few others have raised some great points since the AGM notice dropped about an hour ago.
Firstly, I believe news on Data will drop as soon as they have it and can release it. Nobody wants something to spark interest in IMU more than management and those of the many, who've done the long wait. They need to give 21 days notice for an AGM (cut it fine). That takes us to mid November, with very little time for other business in the month or so left until mid December, from then. Some suggested a Credit raising in early 2025, however it makes no sense. They are able to create- I think it's 10% from memory each year in new shares. It only makes sense once the SP moves. Their fast running out of time, unless Institutional investors have already been arranged and it's a mere formality not requiring contributions or approval from existing holders.
In view of performance, I'm in two minds. I don't think the current SP represents the worth of IMU and the 8 billion odd shares & options held.
That only equates to $0.053c x 8,000,000,000 # = $424,000,00 AUD market capitalisation. I think we could pluck 2 of the 5 going through P1 & P2 studies and get more than $2b for either cf33 or Alzer cel, without mentioning any others. So no the ASX valuation (for mine) is at least 8x undervalued.
Their Jobs as Directors & CEO's, are to protect and preserve Shareholders wealth. Has the science preformed and created that wealth ? - Well after a long wait and data that should be hot off the press now within days rather than weeks, will determine that. from a Share Price performance perspective, with all the sprouting lesslie dose, she should be embarrassed in asking for 20,000,000 options on top of her $2,000,000 salary (for mine). I hope for all of our sakes and hers in particular, that this pending news see's investors with a payday option for once. I'm sick of hearing how tight she is with spending capital- Unless of course it in millions going to herself !
All of us long term holders are deserving of a great return. We can't do much in the AGM with votes, as there's never been a participation over 30%. With a large chunk of that controlled by the board anyway.
we can only be patient in hope of the so called performance rewards, being due to the science creating wealth for Shareholders behind the scenes. As its seldom clear what direction this company is taking, or how bigger anticipated news is about to break.
Don't get me wrong, I like lesslie and her passion. However I've invested large amounts in holding millions of Shares & Options for a long time. In business I don't want anybody talking things up, I just want to see the results. Let's hope whatever news that's about to drop, causes a re- rate with the SP. If it's not something in filling a large piece in the puzzle or leads to a deal of some kind (revenue), it simply won't stay there. I do think however, the puzzle is coming together.
