    As Shareholders, we can vote and advise them what we think of the remuneration .
    BOD are there to increase shareholder value. If the market does not reward the company performance then BOD and staff must not be rewarded.

    When IMU remuneration committee is allowed to set performance measures with 80% non financial measures/KPIs and only 20% financial metrics/KPIs then this does not reflect good governance IMHO. It rewards for non performance. Last year a KPI for Hopper was turning up to his board meetings. Hardly a performance. Same with LC. She is already paid over $1m a year. As a long term holder I remember when she started and was on $350k. Share price went up and she put in for a pay rise and now its share price has been reduced salary stayed same. Go figure. And now more shares without any performance reflected in share price. I understand that trials are progressing but hold back on the praise and remuneration till the drug is approved or the market sees value created for shareholders.

    Happy to reward hansomly when shareholders rewarded. Not before. I voted against the remuneration for no performance.

    As an old cricketer, it reminds me of the batsman who bats all day for no runs. No reward for team but comes off and talks about how long he stayed at the crease, the balls he faced, the toil, hard work. What a joke. The purpose was to make runs. For IMU board its to increase share holder value. I don't care how well trials have progressed, what cohort we are up to, whether we pivoted from Hervax to On carlytics, to Azer Cel etc etc.
    When they increase shareholder value I will be happy to reward them. Not before.
