Could be going too far down the rabbit hole with this one boys. But the resolution 8 in the notice of general meeting suggests that they want to increase their capital raising capacity by an additional 10% (On top of the current maximum 15%). Within the description SER states that;
Do you think SER wants to increase this capacity as they have realised that the results are good (from Achilles) and want to have the opportunity to capital raise with less dilution. Or is it that the results are poor, so they need to increase their capacity to raise enough cash to continue operations...
