Bubs, changed the marketing of the cans from bigger to smaller for 2 main reasons for memory, marketing feed back said the mum and dads of USA (based off surveys) didn’t like the look of the cans original cans (too childish) the second reason was for profitability charging more for less formula.
Bubs list of ingredients changed order wise on the cans as apparently USA regulations : see quote above.
Bubs Competitors tore them a new one on reviews saying the cans weren’t the same ingredients, Bubs lied etc etc The marketing team stuffed up big not healing with the buyers transitions from old cans to new on Amazon.
It will take Bubs a couple of months hopefully to bounce back.. reviews are improving… But as the old saying goes if it ain’t broken don’t fix it, if consumers know your brand and the look change the can sizes maybe but not the look.
